I am Dr. Jamie M. Major and I moved to Tecumseh in 2004. I graduated in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Michigan State University. I then went on to pursue my graduate studies at MSU’s College of Veterinary Medicine, earning my DVM in 2002.

I started practicing at a busy, large multi-doctor practice in Warren, Michigan concentrating on small and exotic animals. I gained invaluable experience in medicine and surgery.

I came to Companion Animal Clinic in 2004 after the birth of my daughter to be closer to family. In addition to my daughter, we also have a Pomeranian named Daphne.

I provide compassionate care to my patients, treating all pets as my own. I am open and honest with my clients. Given the opportunity, I hope to instill confidence in my high-quality veterinary services, and form a trusting relationship with those that I serve.
