This is the success story of Jack and his ordeal. He got bit by something and ended up getting this flesh eating disease. He had a very long recovery. It took about a year and a half to get him through it all. He had the best care the whole time. Dr. White and Dr. Major and all of the staff were very caring and gave Jack lots of love and kindness throughout his many surgeries, stays, and office visits.

There were times that we thought it would never heal, but Dr. White and Dr. Major kept reassuring us that he would get better. They never gave up on him. He had to have all of the flesh scrapped from around his neck, the back of his head and his right shoulder to get all of the diseased skin off. There were areas that had to be scrapped to the muscle. He was a mess.

We had to wash him everyday then apply salve and give him medicine. This went on for months. But the Doctors always gave us hope that it would get better. And it did. He is now a happy, healthy cat. We owe Dr. White and Dr. Major and all the staff at Companion Animal Clinic for getting Jack through all of this. They are the greatest!!!!!!!!!
